Kia ora, I’m Jaron. An Interactive Designer based in Auckland New Zealand.
I design experiences that respect human effort and give people something worth remembering.
What I lack in experience, I make up for with curiosity and willingness to learn.
Background
Born in Fukuoka, I grew up playing football and developed a strong passion for sport from an early age. At 14, I moved to Germany, where I spent seven years experiencing a different culture and broadening my perspective.
I later returned to New Zealand to pursue my passion for design. Alongside my studies, I enjoy playing guitar, staying active through sports, and listening to music, all of which continue to influence my creativity and approach to design.
Approach
For every brief, I always keep people at the centre, understanding their needs and pain points.
A lot of my inspiration comes from film, music, and cultures around the world. I’m curious about the way people interact with technology, and how design can shape how they feel, think, and understand the world around them.
